Prior Pilates experience is required. The RumiMethod is a fast-paced, intermediate-to-advanced practice built on a working foundation of Pilates principles, alignment, and core control — it is not suitable for true beginners.
Please do not book this class if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury. If you have any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions, inform your instructor before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.
