Things to know.

Prior Pilates experience is required. The RumiMethod is a fast-paced, intermediate-to-advanced practice built on a working foundation of Pilates principles, alignment, and core control — it is not suitable for true beginners.
Please do not book this class if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury. If you have any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions, inform your instructor before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.
New to RumiMethod but experienced with Pilates? You're welcome — please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and orient to our setup.

The practice.

The fast-paced Rumi Method flow split between mat and reformer. Continuous flow across both stations with moments of intensity.

Rumi Method is fast-paced and intermediate-to-advanced — you should already know both Pilates principles and reformer fundamentals before booking the half-and-half. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to orient to both stations. New to the reformer? Book a Reformer Beginner Flow first.
