All levels and all bodies welcome — no prior yoga experience required. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so we can adjust safely.

Welcome — please wear socks (grip socks are great but not required); bare feet aren't permitted. We'll start lying or seated on the mat, so wear what lets you move freely. Let your instructor know about any injuries before class begins.
