My name is Marianna RiccioI am a local, passionate Pilates instructor and personal trainer. I fell into Pilates 20 years ago by my physical therapist due to an injury after a cheerleading competition. I specialize in hybrid/ contemporary Pilates ( a mixture of classical and Slow resistance training)
I have been a professional dancer and entertainer since a very young age. I have won multiple Awards and performed all over the country, including the Disney Cruise Line.I have danced in music videos and performed with many artists of the 2000s, including Lil Wayne, Drake, Jamie Foxx and Chris Brown/ Justin Timberlake and Britney Spear’s choreographer.Because of my artistic background,I believe in Joseph Pilates saying, “Pilates is the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. All of these elements coincide with each other.”If I can make my students feel a little better leaving the door than when they entered, then, I have done my job.
