All levels welcome — no prior Pilates or sculpt experience required. The class layers challenges so newcomers and seasoned clients can each work at their own level.
Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

Welcome — please wear socks (grip socks are great but not required); bare feet aren't permitted. We work on the mat with small props, so wear what lets you move freely. Newer to sculpt? The class layers challenges so you can work at your own level. Tell your instructor about any injuries before class begins.
