Flow Sculpt is a dynamic mat Pilates class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize the entire body. This full-body workout combines flowing Pilates sequences with sculpting movements to build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout class, making it accessible for beginners while still providing a challenge for experienced practitioners.

All levels welcome — no prior Pilates experience required. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, so first-timers and experienced practitioners can both work at their own level. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.
