Modifications and progressions are offered throughout class, making it accessible for beginners while still providing a challenge for experienced practitioners.

Things to know.

All levels welcome — no prior Pilates experience required. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, so first-timers and experienced practitioners can both work at their own level. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

Welcome — please wear socks (grip socks are great but not required); bare feet aren't permitted. This is an all-levels class with modifications and progressions throughout, so work at the level that feels right. Tell your instructor about any injuries before class begins.

Class requirements

  • Socks (no bare feet)
  • Form-fitting activewear that lets you move freely
