Recovery & Stretch is a calm, restorative class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall body wellness. Through guided stretches, gentle mobility work, and mindful breath, you'll release tension, open tight muscles, and restore range of motion from head to toe. It's the perfect counterbalance to your stronger training days — and a deeply nourishing practice in its own right.

All levels welcome — no prior experience required. This is a gentle, all-levels recovery practice suitable for every body. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

Welcome — this is a calm, restorative class. We use props (blocks, straps, bolsters, foam rollers) generously to support each shape, so lean on them. Please wear socks (grip socks are great but not required); bare feet aren't permitted. Tell your instructor about any injuries before class begins.
