Things to know.

Prior Pilates experience is required. The Rumi Method is a fast-paced, intermediate-to-advanced practice built on a working foundation of Pilates principles, alignment, and core control — it is not suitable for true beginners.
Please do not book this class if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury. If you have any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions, inform your instructor before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.
New to Rumi Method but experienced with Pilates? You're welcome — please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and orient to our setup.

Rumi Method is fast-paced and intermediate-to-advanced — it assumes you already know Pilates fundamentals. Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and orient to our setup. New to Pilates entirely? Start with Mat Pilates Class first. Please wear socks (grip socks are great but not required); bare feet aren't permitted.

What to bring

  • Form-fitting activewear that lets you move freely
  • Grip socks (recommended)
