Immerse yourself in a dance-inspired stretch practice, where the fluidity of dance and the mindful alignment of yoga come together — guided through the gentle resistance and support of the reformer. Using straps, springs, and the moving carriage, you'll deepen each lengthening shape, opening through hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine with the equipment doing the steadying for you.

All levels welcome — no prior dance or yoga background required. However, first-time reformer users should book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before their first Stretch Flow on the reformer, so equipment basics don't have to be taught on the fly.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions before class begins so they can guide safe modifications.

Although this is a calm, all-levels class, it does take place on the reformer — first-time reformer users should book a Reformer Beginner Flow first to learn the equipment basics. Arrive 10 minutes early to orient to your reformer.
