Before you book
Things to know.
All levels welcome — no prior mat-Pilates experience required. However, first-time reformer users should book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before their first Half & Half class — equipment basics can't be taught on the fly. Not suitable during pregnancy. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.
What to expect
The practice.
Half mat, half reformer fusion of Pilates and sculpting. The mat half builds the foundation; the reformer half adds spring resistance to deepen and challenge.
1.
Build deep core strength across both stations
2.
Sculpt long, lean lines with mat + reformer variety
3.
Connect breath, alignment, and power
4.
Experience two formats in one 45-minute class
5.
Small, intimate combo-room environment
