This class is held in an infrared-heated room at 90–93°F. If you are pregnant, heat-sensitive, or managing a cardiovascular condition, please speak with us before booking.
Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

Welcome — please wear socks (grip socks are great but not required); bare feet aren't permitted. The room is infrared-heated, so hydrate well before you arrive and bring water. This is a slower, stretch-focused class, so wear what lets you move and relax freely. Tell your instructor about any injuries before class begins.
