Before you book
Things to know.
All levels welcome — no prior dance or yoga background required. However, first-time reformer users should book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before their first Half & Half class, so equipment basics don't have to be taught on the fly. Not suitable during pregnancy. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions before class begins so they can guide safe modifications.
What to expect
The practice.
The dance-inspired stretch practice as a half-and-half — opens through breath and stretch on the mat, then deepens through reformer support.
1.
Improve flexibility and range of motion
2.
Release tension across both mat + reformer stations
3.
Open hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine
4.
Calm, meditative pacing
5.
Suitable for all levels comfortable on the reformer
“Why are you so enchanted by this world, when a mine of gold lies within you?”

Before you come
Good to know..
Arrive 10–15 minutes early — you'll use both the mat and the reformer, and we'll orient you to both. Although this is a calm, all-levels class, the reformer half does require basic familiarity with the equipment. New to the reformer? Book a Reformer Beginner Flow first.
