**Not suitable for beginners.** Working familiarity with Pilates and the reformer is required. **First-time reformer users must book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before this class.** Once you're comfortable on the equipment, Reformer Rise is the recommended next step on the way to this level.
Please inform us of any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to class, so we can safely adapt the practice for you.
