This is an **intermediate** reformer class — not suitable for true beginners. Working familiarity with reformer fundamentals is required. **First-time reformer users must book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before this class.** Once you're comfortable on the equipment, Reformer Rise is the recommended next step on the way to this level.

**Not suitable during pregnancy or for active injuries.** Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions before class begins so they can adapt the practice for your safety.
