All levels welcome — no prior mat-Pilates experience required. However, first-time reformer users should book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before their first Half & Half class — equipment basics can't be taught on the fly.

Half mat, half reformer fusion of Pilates and sculpting. The mat half builds the foundation; the reformer half adds spring resistance to deepen and challenge.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early — you'll use both the mat and the reformer in one session, so we'll orient you to both before class. Grip socks are required and form-fitting activewear without zippers/buckles is essential. New to the reformer? Book a Reformer Beginner Flow first — this class moves quickly.
