True entry-point combo class — designed for first-time reformer users and beginners across both formats. No prior Pilates or reformer experience required. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early — you'll use both the mat and the reformer in one session, so we'll orient you to both. Form-fitting activewear without zippers/buckles is essential, and grip socks are required for both halves.
