A dynamic 45-minute reformer flow positioned between beginner and intermediate. Emphasizes strength, stability, coordination, and precision through deeper core engagement and refined alignment.
This class assumes you've already done some reformer work — at minimum, Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer). The pace is faster and the cueing assumes basic equipment familiarity. Brand new to the reformer? Start with Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) first.
