Not for basic beginners. A working foundation on the reformer is required — Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) is the recommended on-ramp before this class.
Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

This class assumes you've already done some reformer work — at minimum, Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer). The pace is faster and the cueing assumes basic equipment familiarity. Brand new to the reformer? Start with Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) first.
