About This Class

Immerse yourself in a dance-inspired stretch practice — half on the mat, half on the reformer — where the fluidity of dance and the mindful alignment of yoga come together. The mat half opens you through breath and graceful dance-inspired stretches; the reformer half uses straps and springs to deepen the lengthening you've already started. Each movement is intentional, elongating your muscles, freeing tension, and expanding your range of motion.

As we flow, we connect to the poetry of breath, stillness, and gentle expansion, drawing from both dance and yoga.

Expect a calm, meditative class that invites you to let go, open, and flow.

Before You Book

All levels welcome — no prior dance or yoga background required. However, **first-time reformer users should book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer)** before their first Half & Half class, so equipment basics don't have to be taught on the fly.
**Not suitable during pregnancy.**
Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions before class begins so they can guide safe modifications.
