Things to know.

Prior Pilates and reformer experience required. The Rumi Method on the reformer is a fast-paced, intermediate-to-advanced practice — it is not suitable for true beginners or anyone unfamiliar with reformer fundamentals. First-time reformer users must book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before this class. Once you're comfortable on the equipment, Reformer Rise is the recommended next step on the way to this level.
Please do not book this class if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury. If you have any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions, inform your instructor before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.

RumiMethod on the reformer is fast-paced and intermediate-to-advanced — it assumes you already know reformer fundamentals. Arrive 10 minutes early to orient to your setup. New to the reformer entirely? Start with Reformer Beginner Flow first.
