Not suitable for beginners. Working familiarity with Pilates and the reformer is required. First-time reformer users must book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before this class. Once you're comfortable on the equipment, Reformer Rise is the recommended next step on the way to this level.

Half mat, half reformer glute-focused sculpt. Bodyweight glute work on the mat; spring resistance and carriage work on the reformer.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early — you'll use both the mat and the reformer in one session, so we'll orient you to both before class. This class is not for beginners — you should already be comfortable on the reformer. Grip socks are required.
