Not suitable for beginners. Working familiarity with Pilates and the reformer is required. First-time reformer users must book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before this class. Once you're comfortable on the equipment, Reformer Rise is the recommended next step on the way to this level.

This class is not for beginners — you should already be comfortable on the reformer. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can orient you to your reformer setup. Grip socks are required and form-fitting activewear is essential. Brand new to the reformer? Book a Reformer Beginner Flow first.
