All levels welcome on the mat half — but first-time reformer users should start with Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) to learn the equipment, then come back to Half & Half once they're comfortable. Reformer Rise is also a useful stepping stone if you've graduated PBB but aren't yet comfortable with combo pacing.
Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class begins so they can guide modifications safely.
