Things to know.

This is an intermediate reformer class — not suitable for true beginners. Working familiarity with reformer fundamentals is required. First-time reformer users must book Pilates Beginner Basic (Reformer) before this class. Once you're comfortable on the equipment, Reformer Rise is the recommended next step on the way to this level.

Not suitable during pregnancy or for active injuries. Please inform your instructor of any prior injuries, recent surgeries, or chronic conditions before class begins so they can adapt the practice for your safety.

Before you come

Good to know..

Arrive 10 minutes early so we can orient you to your reformer. The carriage moves with spring resistance — your instructor will set your springs based on your level. Form-fitting activewear without zippers is essential, and grip socks are required. New to the reformer entirely? Book a Reformer Beginner Flow first.
